Our Mission: 50%!

Women are clearly underrepresented in management positions in the German economy. What’s more, Germany is one of the worst countries in international comparison when it comes to the proportion of women in leadership positions. How can that be? More than 50 percent of the population and more than 50 percent of university graduates in Germany are women!

We want to play our part in changing this situation: Equal opportunities and possibilities and a balanced filling of decisive leadership positions – we are working towards this goal. We want nothing less than to change the world!

PANDA brings women forward: We offer women leaders a sustainable network of ambitious, motivated and capable women. At our events, we create a framework for testing and developing leadership qualities, receiving feedback and exchanging ideas. We show great female role models with very different and impressive backgrounds.

And why are we called PANDA?

There is a parallel between pandas and women leaders in Germany: they are rare. Now one could argue that women in leadership positions are at least not threatened with extinction. That may be pleasing, but it is not enough for us. We want more of this species!

Our small and supernice power team rocks our many events, holds the threads of the network together, builds the PANDA Directory – and finally wants to see more women in the lead! We work together in a totally modern, flexible and virtual way from Mering (near Augsburg – or near Munich, if that sounds more fancy) and Berlin. Have we already mentioned that we are super nice? THE NETWORKER. She takes care of all processes, the organisation of PANDA projects and always has an open ear for all PANDAS as well as the interests of our partner companies.

THE PLANER. Takes care of the application management for our Contests and is in charge of the „PANDA Breakfast Clubs”.
