Companies and institutions of all industries and sizes can become PANDA partners. When selecting our partners, it is important to us that there is a serious interest in bringing more women into management and junior management positions. However, potential partners do not have to be “best in class”. We are also the right partner for companies that are still at the beginning and would now like to actively tackle the topic. They can even benefit especially from the exchange with the PANDA network.
PANDA wants to contribute to increasing the proportion of women in management positions in business and society. To this end, we build bridges in companies and institutions – and bring them together with women who want and are able to lead.
PANDA participants and network members were selected and invited after a multi-stage application process. They are ambitious, motivated and excellently qualified.

STRATEGIC PARTNER
The Strategic Partnership is an annual partnership with PANDA. It includes the presence at PANDA contest events, joint content work, events and communication as well as close interaction with the PANDA network. It is a sustainable partnership in which we work together with companies for more women in leadership.
